When Not on Another Call

1. Pick up the Handset to answer via handset.
2. Press the Speakerphone function to answer via speakerphone.
3. Press the Answer Call function to answer via headset.

When on Another Call

1. Press the Answer Soft Key ****to answer the incoming call.
2. First call is automatically placed on hold.
3. First call can be resumed by using the Switch Soft Key or ending the second call. If using the Switch Soft Key the other call will be placed on hold.

The incoming call information is displayed on the Phone Screen.

Incoming to Another Phone

1. When the red light is blinking on someone else’s Line Key.
2. Press the associated Line Key to intercept the call.
3. Press the Answer Soft Key that says ****to answer the intercepted call.

Rejecting an Incoming Call

Press the Reject Soft Key ****to reject a call and send it to voicemail.
