Message other users across the account with text, emojis and supported file attachments.
Public Channels
- Create a public channel within the account that all account users can join, read the entire chat history and invite other users within the account to join.
Private Channels
- Create a private channel within the account that only the invited users can join. Only the channel creator can invite or eject other users within the account in a private channel.
Direct Messages
- One-on-one or group messages to other users in the account.
- Mentions using the @ symbol followed by the user’s name to direct a chat to a singular person when in a group or channel. The user will receive a notification that they have an unread mention, and the channel or chat will show a badge of the number of unread messages.
Call Routing
Managing a user’s call routing by defining which device rings, in which order, and for what duration of time. Other configurable options include:
No Answer Route
- Where to send the call if the user does not answer
Busy Route
- Where to send the call if the user rejects the call or it is outside the defined time frame.
Time Frame Schedule
- Set the time frame or schedule to direct incoming calls
