Devices assigned to an individual extension number

1. Press the Message function of your phone, or dial ****** plus assigned mailbox number.
2. Follow prompts to enter password; enter your PIN followed by the # sign.
3. Follow prompts to (1) Listen to New Messages, (2) Review Saved Messages, (5) Change Settings.
4. Select (1) to Listen to New Messages.

On-Network Device

Devices on the company network, assigned to others.

1. Dial *97.
2. Follow prompts to enter desired mailbox number followed by the # sign.
3. Follow prompts to enter password; enter PIN followed by # sign.
4. Follow prompts to (1) Listen to New Messages, (2) Review Saved Messages, (5) Change Settings.
5. Select (1) to Listen to New Messages.

Outside Line

Any device that is not on the company network. For this feature to be possible, company phone number must be routed to a menu that has an option for Check Voicemail.

1. Dial company's main number.
2. At the menu, choose the option for Check Voicemail.
3. Follow prompts to enter desired mailbox number followed by the # sign.
4. Follow prompts to enter password; enter PIN followed by # sign.
5. Follow prompts to (1) Listen to New Messages, (2) Review Saved Messages, (5) Change Settings.
