Voicemail Access

The Voicemail button shows the number of unread voicemails received listed in chronological order with the most recent at the top. Caller ID name and number are displayed as well as the date and time the message(s) were left including internal extension numbers where applicable. Manage the voicemails by sliding to the left or right to delete a message or mark a message as new.

  1. Select Voicemail from the Home Page.
  2. Select highlighted voicemail to listen to new voicemails and unhighlighted voicemail to listen to previously heard voicemails.
  3. Tap the down arrow on the voicemail to reveal a player to listen to the message.
  4. Follow the prompt to (1) Listen to New Messages, (2) Review Saved Messages, or (5) Change Settings.
  5. Select (1) to Listen to New Messages.
