Clearing the local directory to remove former employee names that have been saved to an extension and continue to be identified as such on the device. The local directory uses this saved information to identify and label the incoming extension.

Clearing Local Directory from Device

1. Select Menu button
2. Scroll to Directory and hit OK
3. Scroll to select Local Directory and hit OK
4. Scroll to select All Contacts and hit OK
5. Select Option button
6. Scroll to Delete All and hit OK
7. Hit Ok again
8. Use Back button to return to normal screen or phone will timeout to the normal screen after a minute or so.
