Disable and Remove Contacts In Nimbus App

If personal contacts have been inadvertently enabled in the Nimbus App, they can be disabled and removed using the following steps. To use the Contacts feature in the Nimbus App they must be linked/synced to personal contacts.

Contact your account administrator to provide your new QR code before proceeding.

From the Home Screen select the 3 dot drop down in the corner

Select Settings

Select Reset Application and follow the prompts

Uninstall the NimbusPhone App from cell phone

Reinstall the NimbusPhone App on cell phone

Use the newly generated QR code to login

Do not allow Contacts when walking through login setup
