The phone can be configured to forward all incoming calls.

1. From the phone, dial *72, followed by the # sign.
2. Enter the number that will receive forwarded calls, followed by the # sign.
3. To disable call forwarding, dial *73, followed by the # sign.
4. To toggle call forwarding off or on, for a number to be saved, dial 74, followed by the # sign*.**
5. To change the saved number call forwarding goes to, dial 56, followed by the # sign*.**

Note: When calls are forwarded to another number both the originating and the new receiving phone will ring. Use Do Not Disturb (DND) to prevent the originating phone from ringing in conjunction with the forwarded call. Remember to remove DND when disabling the forward.
