You will receive the following email from [email protected] with an attached QR code. If you do not receive this email, check your spam or check with your system administrator.
Once you have received your email with the QR code please use the following steps to set up mobile app.
Note: Each QR is only valid for 72 hours and is unique to your extension, only use the QR code provided in your email.
Do not to allow Contacts during login - This will pull all your personal contacts into the Nimbus Mobile app and can be done later if needed.
Download/Install the NimbusPhone App from your mobile device app store (Play store/App Store)
Open the QR code from your email on a device other than your mobile or print out a copy
Open the NimbusPhone App and see the Login page
Click the button that resembles a QR code (Nimbus Login Setup 2)
Allow QR scanner to scan the personal QR code from your email
Once the disclaimer pulls up, click agree
Allow microphone and telephone, click next
Do not allow contacts at login – this is a preference that pulls all personal phone contacts into the application and can be done later if desired
Option to choose popup for full screen for incoming calls; click next
