Mailbox management for community mailboxes will need to be established by onsite admin to prevent mailbox overflow or missed messages.
Voicemail indicators for devices assigned to multiple mailboxes:
When Window popup is present. Select the View soft key (row at the bottom of screen) to view which managed mailboxes have new voicemails. Screen will show all assigned mailboxes; new messages and saved messages present in those boxes; and allow for scrolling between the managed mailboxes for access.
Scroll to the appropriate mailbox and select the Connect soft key to enter the desired mailbox. Once connected, the PIN# for that mailbox will be required for access. Prompting from here will allow listening to new messages, listening to saved messages, saving messages, or deleting messages as needed.
For community managed mailboxes, once the voicemail has been heard and deleted/saved by anyone managing that mailbox, it will be removed from the new message indicators on the other community devices. If deleted the message will be deleted from all managers, if saved it will be saved for all managers. Note that it is not immediate for the change to occur across the managing community and may sometimes take a minute or two to reflect the change.
View managed mailboxes through the device Menu Soft Key:
Select Menu>Select Message>Select 1. Voice Mail>Select 1. View Voice Mail>Select appropriate mailbox and use soft key to Connect>once connected PIN# for that mailbox will be required
Note: MWI ****is a configured Voicemail Box ****setting and must be set up by the account administrator. To add MWI ****to account, please contact the account administrator to make the addition.
