Park a call to allow for pickup across configured network devices. Hold a call only on the individual device.

Parking A Call

Place a call on Park using the configured community parking code, default parking code is *31. If multiple parking spots or locations are on the account, please check with account administrator for additional parking codes.

  1. To place a call on Park select Transfer
  2. Dial *31 (or assigned parking code) and press the Call button
  3. Call is now in the community parking spot
  4. To retrieve a call from Park, dial *31 (or assigned parking code) and call will be active on your line.

Holding A Call

  1. To place a call on hold, press the Hold function from the In Call screen. The Hold icon will appear shaded or circled
  2. To pick up a call from hold, press the Hold function again to release the call.

Muting A Call

  1. To place a call on mute, press the Mute function from the In Call screen. Once activated the Mute icon will appear shaded or circled.
  2. To unmute, press the Mute function again to release the call.
