Using the Handset

1. Pick up the Handset.
2. Dial the number, extension, or appropriate Line Key.

Using the Speaker Phone

1. Keep the Handset on the hook.
2. Press the Speakerphone function (key with the speaker icon bottom-right).
3. Having a dial tone, dial the number, extension, or appropriate Line Key.

Using a Headset

1. Press the Headset function key and it will illuminate green.
2. Dial the number, extension, or Line Key you wish to call and select the Call Soft Key.

During a call, alternate between Handset, Speakerphone, or Headset modes by pressing the corresponding functions (for Speakerphone and Headset) or by picking up the handset to switch to Handset mode.

The name of the called party and the call duration is displayed in the active window on the Call Screen.
