When enabled, Dynamic Call Recording allows the user to turn on or off the recording of any call while the call is in progress.

  1. During an active call, dial *1 and call recording will start.
  2. During an active recorded call, dial *2 and call recording will stop.

Note: no notification or sound will be given when Dynamic Call Recording is activated/deactivated.

This feature requires an additional monthly service fee and must be enabled at the account level. Recordings are managed by local account administrator.
