Recording a Call

When enabled, Dynamic Call Recording allows the user to turn on or off the recording of any call while the call is in progress.

  1. During an active call, a user can dial *1 and call recording will start.
  2. During an active recorded call, a user can dial *2 and call recording will stop.

Note: no notification or sound will be given when Dynamic Call Recording is activated/deactivated.

This feature requires subscription changes and must be enabled at the account level. Recordings are managed locally by the local administrator. To add Call Recording to the account, please contact the account administrator.
