Setting Mailbox Greeting

1. Press the Message function on the phone.
2. After listening to the automated instructions, enter a password (PIN), followed by the # sign.
3. To confirm the PIN, re-enter it and follow it with the # sign.
4. The automated message will instruct how to record a greeting. Record greeting, then press any key or stop speaking to end the recording.
5. After recording, dial (1) save new greeting, (2) review new greeting, or (3) re-record new greeting.
6. Once happy with recording, dial (1) to save it.

Updating Mailbox Greeting

1. Press the Message function on the phone.
2. Choose option (5) to change voicemail settings.
3. Dial (1) for Change Greeting.
4. Record new greeting.
5. After recording dial (1) **save new greeting, (2) review new greeting, (3) re-record new greeting.
6. Once happy with recording dial (1) to save it.

Record Name

Records name for announcement on the Comapny Directory

1. Press the Message function on the phone.
2. Choose option (5) to change voicemail settings*.*
3. Dial (2) to **record name.
4. Record your name.
