Voicemail

Check Voicemail:  *97 – to access voicemail box

Transfer Direct to Voicemail:  ** plus extension -  Transfers call directly to extension’s voicemail

Example **1001 transfer to Ext. 1001 voicemail box

Intercom

Intercom:  *0 plus extension – opens two way intercom with desired extension

Parking

Park And Retrieve:  *3 plus assigned parking digit – (assigned number depends on account parking configuration) Transfers call to community parking spot

Mobile App - Blind Transfer to *31 to Park, Call *31 to Retrieve

Note: for Mobile App and Cordless phone there is no line key to indicate that a call is in Park

Call-Forward

Enable Call Forward: *72 follow the prompts

Disable Call Forward:  *73 follow the prompts

Toggle Call Forward:  *74 follow the prompts

Update Call Forward:  *56 follow the prompts

Call Recording

When enabled as a subscription item, Dynamic Call Recording allows the user to turn on or off the recording of any call while the call is in progress. Note: no notification or sound will be given when Dynamic Call Recording is activated/deactivated.
