Dial *97 and mailbox number when prompted

Outside Line

Dial main company number, at the menu choose the option for Check Voicemail and mailbox number when prompted (For this feature to be possible, company phone number must be routed to a menu that has an option for Check Voicemail)

Once mailbox extension is accessed from one of the above methods continue as follows:

1. Enter pin number to access the mailbox
2. Press 5 to access the voicemail settings menu
3. Press 4 to record a temporary greeting
4. Record temporary greeting and press any key to stop recording
5. Press 1 to listen to temporary greeting
6. Press 2 to save temporary greeting
7. Press 3 to re-record temporary greeting

Return to Normal Greeting

To return to normal greeting go back into the voicemail settings menu.

1. From voicemail settings menu
2. Press 5 to delete the temporary greeting and restore normal greeting
