Transferring a call from the In Call screen as a Blind Transfer or Attended Transfer.

Blind Transfer

Transfer a call directly without consulting first.

  1. From the In Call screen, press the Transfer function on the screen.
  2. Dial the receiving party’s Ext. number or phone number and the Call Button or click the Home page and select Company Directory then press the corresponding users phone icon.
  3. The call will be sent directly through without consultation.
  4. Cancel the transfer at any time before the call connects by utilizing the Cancel function.

Attended Transfer

Rings the party receiving the transferred call, announce the call before it is transferred and then complete the transfer.

  1. From the In Call screen, press the Att. Transfer function on the screen.
  2. Dial the receiving party’s Ext. number or phone number and the Call Button or click the Home page and select Company Directory then press the corresponding users phone icon.
  3. Speak with the receiving party then press the Transfer Button at the bottom of the screen or the Att. Transfer function to complete the transfer. (Talk privately with the receiving party prior to completing the transfer)
  4. Cancel the transfer at any time before the call connects by utilizing the Cancel function.

Transfer to Voicemail

The call is automatically transferred to the receiving party’s voicemail after dialing the corresponding extension.

  1. From the In Call screen, press the Transfer function on the phone.
  2. Click the Key Pad and dial ****** then the desired extension.
  3. Press the Call function to complete the transfer.
