If experiencing Nimbus App audio issues with a paired Bluetooth device connected to your cell phone, reestablish the connection by disabling Bluetooth and then reestablish the Bluetooth connection.

When cell phone is on local WiFi, dropped calls, one way communication or other connection issues may result from poor WiFi signal or other firewall/router protections. Switch to cellular data and test communication.

Replacing your Mobile Device

Please contact the account administrator to request a new QR code for logging into a new device. Note: some new devices may automatically register the Nimbus app and function as normal, but most require reestablishing the Nimbus app on the device.
