1. Determine the IP address of the desk phone connected to expansion module.
    1. T54W - Press the OK button on phone.
    2. Capture the IP address on line 1. IPv4: (e.g. 192.168.180.72). You will use this IP address to access the phone’s web GUI.
  2. Determine the account level provisioning password in Atlas
    1. Log in to the Atlas portal at https://portal.advosi.com

      <aside> 💡 For access to the Atlas portal please contact your Primary System Administrator

    2. Select VOIP → Account Settings

    3. Capture the FTP Password: under the Provisioning section (e.g. mpziqr). You will use this password to access the phone’s web GUI.

  3. Log in to phone using the current version of Google Chrome.
    1. Enter “https://192.168.180.72” into the browser address. Don’t forget to replace the example IP 192.168.180.72 with the IP address you captured in step 2.

    2. You should see with the following warning:

    3. Click on Advanced

    4. This will result in an additional warning.

    5. Click the link “Proceed to 192.168.180.72 (unsafe)”. Note this will reflect YOUR IP address, not necessarily the one in this example. This will take you to the phone’s web GUI.

    6. Enter Login credentials as follows:

      1. Username: admin
      2. Password: Enter the FTP Password captured in step 2c.
  4. Populate/update line keys of expansion module
    1. Select Dsskey → Ext Key to access the expansion module line keys
    2. Populate line keys as desired.
      • Expansion Key: By default, Expansion 1 will be shown (if properly connected to the phone). You have the option to pysically add additional expansion modules, which can be accessed here once connected.

      • Tabbed Pages: You will note each expansion module can have up to three pages of 20 line keys each. These are broken out by tabbed groups for Ext Key 1-20, Ext Key 21-40, and Ext Key 41-60.

      • Line key fields you can populate include:

        • Type: BLF and SpeedDial are the two most common

        • Value: Enter the actual number to be dialed (e.g. 1001, 2527770431)

        • Label: The label to appear on the expansion module display

        • Line: Line1 for BLF, Auto for SpeedDial

        • Extension: If applicable, extension number reflected in the Value field

          <aside> 💡 The phone web GUI is configured to time-out after a short period of inactivity. It is recommended that you select Confirm between each line key entry until you can gauge the length of the inactivity time-out. IF YOU DON”T READ THIS, it is likely you will enter a large amount of line keys only to press confirm and find that you were already timed-out.

          </aside>

      • Once desired line keys are populated, select Confirm

      • Line keys on expansion module should automatically update after you “Confirm”
