Setting Mailbox Greeting

Access voicemail box through the keypad by dialing extension number, enter mailbox PIN followed by the # when prompted. To access settings and change voicemail message select 5 and follow the prompts.

1. From the Keypad screen, dial **extension number, then press call.
2. Following the prompts, enter a password (PIN) and the # sign.
3. Confirm the PIN, by re-entering followed by the # sign**.**
4. Follow prompt to record the greeting, then press any key or stop speaking to end the recording.
5. After recording, dial (1) to ****save new greeting, (2) to **review new greeting, or (3) to re-record new greeting.
6. When satisfied with the recording, dial (1) to save it.

Updating Mailbox Greeting

1. Access mailbox from the keypad by dialing **extension and PIN#
2. Choose option (5) to change voicemail settings.
3. Dial (1) for Change Greeting.
4. Record new greeting.
5. After recording, dial (1) to save greeting, (2) to review greeting, or (3) to re-record greeting.
6. When satisfied with the recording, dial (1) to save it

Record Name

Records name for announcement on the Company Directory

1. Access mailbox from the keypad by dialing **extension and PIN#
2. Choose option (5) to change voicemail settings.
