Make sure to have the Yealink USB Connect software downloaded to the connected PC to be able to update firmware, reboot headset, access advanced settings and factory reset the headset.

Basics

Always use supplied power adaptor for source of power to ensure all features are enabled. For best feature controls and firmware updates use Yealink USB Connect https://www,yealink.com/product/yuc

Power off Base

  1. Unplug power adapter
  2. Disconnect the USB device/s

Power off Headset

  1. Undock headset
  2. Hold Call Control button for 3 seconds
  3. “Power Off” tone will be heard indicating headset status

Note: Power off will only disconnect connection between base and the headset but not delete the pairing information.

LED Indicator Lights

Call indicator light – PC/ Desk Phone Button

Off (no light) – PC/desk phone device not connected

Glows White – PC/desk phone device connected in idle status

Glows Green – PC headset in use/desk phone device active call

Flashes Green – Desk phone device enabled and ringing
