Basics

Always use supplied power adaptor for source of power to ensure all features are enabled. For best feature controls and firmware updates use Yealink USB Connect https://www,yealink.com/product/yuc. .

Power off Base

  1. Unplug the power adapter
  2. Disconnect the USB device/s

Power off Headset

  1. Undock the headset
  2. Hold the Call Control button for 3 seconds
  3. “Power Off” tone will be heard indicating headset status

Note: Power will only disconnect connection between base and the

headset but not delete the pairing information.

LED Indicator Lights

Call indicator light – PC/ Desk Phone Button

Off (no light) – PC/desk phone device not connected

Glows White – PC/desk phone device connected in idle status

Glows Green – PC headset in use/desk phone device active call

Flashes Green – Desk phone device enabled and ringing

Double Flashes Green – Desk phone device call on hold

Charging Status

Off (no light) – Power off/idle (earpiece not on the base)

Slowly Flashes Red – Battery < 5% (low earpiece battery)

Flashing Red & Green Alternatively – Firmware update

Slowly Flashes Orange – Earpiece out of range

Tower Headset Status

Mute White – unmuted

Mute Red – call muted

Headset Off (no light) – Idle

Headset Green – In active call

Headset Flashing Orange – Headset powered off/out of range

Charging Bars Solid White – 5 bars fully charged

Charging Bars Flashing – Charging and % charged

Earpiece Busylight

Off (no light) – Earpiece not in base

Green – Idle in base

Glows Red – In active call/mute

Double Flashes Red – Active call on hold
